What is Learning Management?
There are many definitions on this topic, but I like to use this one. Learning Management is performed using a Learning Management System (LMS). This system manages the administration of your courses, handles the reporting of your employees, processes the success rate of a course, and can be equipped with a virtual classroom including chat functionality and discussion platform.
